Medals:To unlock a medal for a stage, reach a high level on that stage. The icon of the stage will have a gold border.All jukebox songs:To unlock all jukebox songs, earn a "Perfect" rank on all 50 stages. To get a "Perfect" rank on a song, wait until it randomly becomes available as eligible for that rank. When it becomes available, the frame for the stage will change color and become wider.
